Brian Zier has an extensive background in construction, maintenance, and repair and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Montana State University. Brian has worked in a variety of industrial and construction settings, including highway resurfacing, heavy industrial maintenance equipment, civil construction equipment, and upstream oil and gas facilities.

He has been a part of capital improvement and maintenance projects across the Rockies for refineries, power plants, hydroelectric facilities, and commercial and public buildings. Brian searched extensively for an industrial coatings product and business that he felt had not only a unique market niche, but also had very clear benefits for its customers. Brian is a problem solver with a dedication to his customers and to operating with a high level of safety and integrity.
